The hotel staff was very helpful and caring about our stay. The location had everything within walking distance for our extended stay. I felt the beds to be a little firm for me, but the room was always well cleaned. The hot breakfast was good.

The rooms are surprisingly large,clean and have wonderful eminities. From the big screen tvs to the wonderful work stations.

I was traveling on business and had a great stay here - the hotel and my room were both really, really clean, with a very friendly and efficient staff, very comfortable beds, and overall such a nice, safe, fresh feeling. My room had a king size bed with a thick, clean waffle-weave blanket; a desk with all the plugs in the right places to make working with a computer easy; a chair with ottoman; a full-length mirror; and a stand to put my suitcase on. There were plenty of clean, fresh, fluffy towels and even real Vaseline skin lotion. Everything felt very orderly, well-planned, and well taken care of. It also seemed very new. I liked the lobby and the breakfast area, which are sparkling, and I appreciated the free coffee all day.

We spent two nights here in November 2009 and our stay was perfect. However, when checking out of the hotel, I fell and the manager on duty was indifferent; didn't even ask if I was okay. Referred him to the Gold Crown Club of B.W.; at least they apologized for his attitude (or lack of one.)

This is the only nice hotel in Atascocita so we stayed another two nights this past weekend (Feb. 5 & 6) while visiting relatives in Huffman. The location is ideal! Near restaurants, grocery store and shopping; also within 30 min or less from IAH.

We had a 3rd flr (top) room with king size bed, comfy chair w/ottoman; nice work station/desk with comfy chair; microwave & dorm size ref. Good selection of t.v. channels also.

The continental b'fast is your standard fare---eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, cereals, juices and small pastries. Not a lot of tables & chairs, however, so time your eating right or take a try back to your room. There is also coffee in the lobby 24 hours daily. (Nice flavored Borden creamers too!)

Everything about this hotel is nice EXCEPT the male staff and they are all rude and indifferent. This was our 2nd stay there and the males are still unfriendly. The females who have checked us in each time are nice as can be. The males need some "social skills".
