We stayed in this hotel a few nights ago, and when I pulled back the sheets on the bed for the first time, there was a large stain on the sheets. When I called down to the front desk to ask for the sheets to be changed, she said she would send up sheets for ME to change the bed. When I told her I didn't think it was my place to change their sheets, she said there was no housekeeping. I then told her I wanted to change rooms as I didn't want to sleep in a dirty bed. She then asked me if I had already messed up the bed (so this means they were going to try to pawn off this dirty bed to someone else?). When I responded that I had to pull back the covers to discover that the sheets were dirty, she sighed and said we could have another room. She never apologized, never offered to even help. We got another room and that room smelled terrible! We had very bad luck with this hotel, and if it is after hours (after 7), they apparently have no housekeeping and the front desk clerk was completely uninterested in customer service.
