On arrival, I had forgotten my itentarary and their fax machine was down, Mrs Martha used her personal email to receive it for me. She was very helpful. The rooms very nice and clean

Stayed a night here due to a missed flight because of bad weather. This was one of the hotels closest to the airport. They are in the list of hotels that you can get at a discount with an airline voucher. They offer free van pickup service which takes about 10 minutes to/from the hotel. Right next to the hotel there's a Sonic and a Waffle House restaurant that is open 24 hours, you can get a quick snack there at any time for a very reasonable price. The room was very clean and spacious, good bed and desk to do some work on. Free WiFi, ask reception for login key, no complaints - good speed and connection. I only stayed there for a few hours, had to get up early and leave at 5AM to catch the next flight out, but was able to catch some sleep. This is by no means a five star luxury hotel, but I gave it an excellent rating because it accomplished what I needed when I needed it, that is a good place to catch up on email, grab a byte to eat very late in the evening and get a couple of hours sleep.

We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed our evening. Mr Patel, the manager, is friendly, caring and very helpful. I asked for a non-smoking room, and was worried that they do Have smoking rooms, as some hotels will call a room "non-smoking", if the room's resident of the night Before, didn't smoke! Not the case here, there is a strict non-smoking rule for those designated rooms, and a heavy fine, if one breaks that rule. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and there was NO smoke smell in either the hallway, or our room; it was just as promised, and we were very happy with every aspect of our room.

The rooms were very clean, the bed and bedding comfortable. The room was large, with a desk, chair, great tv, and plenty of room for our things in the storage areas. The bathroom was wonderfully clean, as well, and the sink area has a nice granite counter top, and it is located outside of the bathroom, so that was very convenient for us both to get dressed for dinner. There was also a microwave and small fridge in our room, and the fridge was on and running, unlike some hotels, that don't have it cool for your beverages when you arrive. The staff and management truly think of details that will make your stay pleasant!
The hotel was very quiet, and we slept well; it is located away from the highway and even the main road near-by, so there is no traffic noise. The continental breakfast has many nice choices; muffins,bagels, waffles, yogurt, good coffee, cereals, and more. The breakfast area, and all food stations were immaculate.
We did not need the shuttle, but we did see the shuttle driver and desk staff working with guests to meet their every need, as far as transportation. The hotel location is great; steps away from Waffle House, Jack in the Box, Sonic drive-in, and a quick mart /gas staion is right across the street, so no matter when you arrive, you can find something to eat--this is really halpful, if your flight arrives late.
We would definitely stay again, and recommend to others who are traveling in this area.

Great hotel. Stayed at 4 different hotels while on vacation and this one was by far the best of the three. Room was clean and smelled good, free breakfast was delicious and the hotel even offers an airport shuttle if needed.
