This hotel is showing its age and rooms are in need of updating. That said, for the price and basic needs we had, it was acceptable. Staff was friendly and we were able to sleep soundly, considering our stay included a Saturday night, I was pleased that we were not pestered by any environmental noise or antics from adjoining rooms. Based on location, probably would not be my first choice on a return trip to Houston but based on my 2 nights there, it is an option for solid rack time on the cheap.

I booked this hotel through Travelocity, because it had one good review saying it was clean and the staff was friendly.
We stayed on a Monday night, but it was so noisy we didn't sleep for more than an hour. My husband went next door to Denny's to get a coffee, and he told me he had the impression that the people who were staying there actually lived there. The room was "surface" clean.There was mildew in the grout and bath faucet. Everything was very old and frayed- the towels, the blanket, the carpet,etc. The worst thing was that the walls were paper thin. Every car door, t.v., and conversation felt like it was happening in the room. The best thing was that there weren't any bugs.
Not the highest praise.

The 1st problem with this hotel is that it is in the middle of nowhere. The cab fair from the airport was $58!!! Once I arrived there they said that they were full even though I showed them my printed out reservation. After trying to speak to the manager about finding me a room at a nearby hotel, he asked me to leave and began swearing at me. An Absolute Nightmare hotel!!!!!
