Stayed there on Nov 15. At first the room looked very good. Clean and large.

But it turned out at midnight that the shower sink was clogged. And this became a nightmare. Front desk clerk first refused to change our room. He said they will fix it at 8am in the morning. But we needed to shower before sleep. Then he was promising that he will fix it "soon", but he couldn't find a plunger, and the person he called for help didn't want to come. After multiple conversations and an hour and a half he eventually changed the room.

It seemed like the problem was resolved and we could eventually rest.

But in the morning another surprise: bed bugs! I found at least 10 of them crawling around the sheets and had multiple bites on my body. When I went to complain to the front desk, another customer who was hanging around there also said he had a bed bug problem in his room. I think many or maybe all rooms have them.

Their breakfast is very poor, just milk, cereal and coffee.
Rooms feel sultry, hard to get a good sleep.
WiFi only works in the office, and only in one corner. Our room, even though it was close to the office, didn't have WiFi.

Do not stay there! Look somewhere else!

OMG, NEVER again. Three mosquitoes in the sink area, a spider in the bathroom and a dead fly in the refrigerator. Everything that everyone else said plus. I have bumps down my arms, legs and right side of neck & face. WTH!!! We called for towels three times to be told "People steal and we sorry." Unacceptable!! I believe this is a city hotel for shelter folks. Clothes hanging out the window and hillbilly folk sitting out as if they no longer had their trailor.

Other then that the lady at the front desk was very nice and took pics of us as we left out for dinner and the breakfast was ok.

Booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns in various locations. There were NO TOWELS so when my wife went to the front desk she was was given two bath towels and one wash cloth being told "people steal the towels". Don't rely on their shuttle as the lobby was locked when we went to leave in the morning. Can't comment on the Continental Breakfast ?

I was there because we had a late flight into Houston (Myself and my 5 year old son). We were leaving the next morning to go elsewhere. Figuring we'd only be there a short time and not being a picky traveler, I figured a good price just to lay our heads and get up and go. Well, it was not worth it. I didn't even bother with the shower in the morning because it was gross (very stained top to bottom). In need of many renovations. The fridge ran so loud, I had to unplug it for the night because my kid could not sleep. Big mosquitoes in the room also. Pool was drained. Cab there was over $20.00 !

Typical continental breakfast which was not too bad, but if you made toast you'd set the fire alarm off.

Only plus, the people working there were nice.
