We stayed for one night. We didn't like it at all because Terrible Maintenance, Poor Services. Sink drain, bath tub drain blocked, water was leaking from the piping all night. My friend's room next door was the same. Cub and others also very cheap ones ,its not Logo with.

Stayed here so we could be close to the ballpark. It was only 10 miles but the traffic in Houston is the worst I've ever seen! Cont. breakfast was fair. Beds were fair. It was clean and for the price was ok. Didn't use the pool, but they did have one. Was quiet. Nearby dining was convenient. Hard to find entrance however. Would recommend if you don't require feeling pampered in any way and just need a place to sleep and not stay for a long time.

Dont stay here ! We stayed up most of the night because of the noise in the next room . The staff didnt do much to help . It was a nightmare .

We had misgivings prior to our stay, given the low price. We were visiting for medical reasons, so were trying to conserve on expenses. Upon arrival we checked out other motel/hotel accommodations in the same area - all were comparable from exterior, but more expensive. We stayed five nights at this Baymont location. This is an excellent budget hotel where the consumer receives excellent value and good clean accommodations. Our room was very clean (not an area I would compromise on for a price). I am bug phobic so being in the south was a major concern - NO bugs that I saw during a five day stay which is a rarity even in pricier accommodations. The room had updates, new carpet, new ac, updated bath vanity and bathroom. Both of us agreed the mattress was extremely comfortable. The rooms have wireless internet, and our room had a table/desk, coffee maker and coffee provided, iron and ironing board provided. The hotel provides free continental breakfast, and if you're an early bird, you can hosie one of the free newspapers. The lobby has not just one, but two, computers for guest use. Other business services included receiving and sending faxes, also no charge - a luxury for those who might need business services when out of town. When you consider the included continental breakfast and the office services that are typicall provided for a fee, we could have easily spent $20-30 a day at another establishment. This was a bonus which we didn't expect. In our time there, we made requests of several different front desk personnel. Every employee working the front couldn't have been more outgoing, helpful, professional, and responsive. Again, qualities difficult to find at any price. Sandra, the manager, is cheerful and polite, and sets the tone for the rest of the staff. This location is proximate to all areas of the city, easy accessible via the freeway system, and attracts a middle class value driven clientele. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our stay at this particular Baymont. Don't hesitate to stay at this Baymont Inn @ 11002 Northwest Freeway.
