We stay at your hotel because off the vulcano in April.
It was a very present stay. I reconmendent to every one to stay in your hotel .
because its very friendly and fine breakfast and a good value.

From the 1st call to check out, the hotel staff was very professional and courteous. I was stranded at the IAH airport and the staff at Baymont took great care of me. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when I have the chance.

If your even considering staying at this hotel versus others in houston its evident your on a budget,thats ok,its a budget hotel,but don't expect the Hilton or even Holiday Inn because you wont get accomodations like that at this price.That said,I travel enough and am always on a budget,of sorts, and for the price you get a decent room and value for your money.It is no worse than any other motel-like place that offers a standard room with two beds,tv,shower,night stand, table,light breakfast.What you DO get that I haven't found at many other budget type places, is a service orieted staff that listens when you have a concern or complaint.I have stayed at this Baymont location several times over the past two years and I have had few occasions to complain,but when I did, the management was quick to try to rectify the situation and if it wasn't possible to fix it immediately, they cheerfully compted me the room for another night,offering to switch my room immediately.You simply call down and ask for the manager immediately when you discover the proble,even at 4am and if they cant make it right at that point they will address it to the best of their ability in the morning.I dont work for this hotel or have freinds or family that do,I just believe very stronly in excellent customer service and these people know how to provide it.I have stayed at 3star places that weren't so kind,and lost much more sleep AND money in the process.Even at $49 its a deal,but you can always get a discount,all you need to do is ask,and check roomsaver.com.

The white/dark green color scheme gives the place a beach sort of feel. Dining room was of adequate size and the lobby was clean and neat. The afternoon deskclerk was rather absorbed in her cellphone. Room was a bit on the small side. The bed was firm but sadly pillows were not. The bathroom smelled of mold. Network connection was supposed to be by wire in the rooms but I was never able to connect. Fortunately I was close enough to the node that could use the wifi from the lobby.
The hottub was broken. I inquired and was assured that would be repaired the next day yet never was the entire stay. I could hear the jets overhead but was not loud or annoying. Breakfast is complimentry and very filling. Yogurt was diet. Waffles were excellent.
