I stayed at this location for work related. It was close to my work. The room was nice and clean but when I needed to take a hot shower early in the morning (4AM) - there was none even though I waited for awhile. I did complain to the front desk as I was checking out but he said it maybe that way because it was sold-out. I can understand it if it was later but I tried to take a shower at 4AM (not too many people up at that time).

Don't think I will stay here again.

My husband is a patient at MD anderson. We have stayed at Crowne Plaza on two occasions and will be staying again next month for 8 days. After a flight to Houston and a cab ride to this hotel, we were greeted by the friendliest young lady by the name of Shaila. She was most helpful in accommodating all of our needs. Before arriving, she had already noted we might have medical needs and had placed us near an elevator. I cannot tell you how much this helped my husband. Thank you Shaila! I would also like to thank Debbie Hollier for helping us with reservations. You can feel the dedication of these two young ladies to their jobs and helping their clients. Crowne Plaza is lucky to have both of you.

I recently stayed at this hotel for an overnight business trip. The staff were all so friendly and helpful! The front desk was great and they even left me a message to check in and make sure I had everything I needed. We had dinner at the restaurant and not only was the food great but our server was very friendly and kept our drinks filled. I will absolutely stay here again when I am back in Houston.

The personnel at this hotel were very professional and friendly. Three, in particular, Debbie, Shaila, and Jackie, exuded in southern hospitality and attentiveness to our every need. It is stressful traveling 900 miles to make tough medical decisions and these three individuals went above and beyond making sure the services and amenities were there for us. The hotel is clean, rooms are roomy and well appointed. Location great!
