This hotel is not located in a safe area. The day I checked in, they changed my room three times. The heating system was antiquated and did not work properly. I was told by the on-site maintenance worker that it would be the same in every room because it was so cold outside...The last room they moved me into had a terrible ant problem around the bathroom and vanity area. When I called to report the problem I was told in frustration that I would not be moved again, they would see what they could do for me. The same on-site worker showed up with a gallon of bug spray – he sprayed liquid all over the room leaving it on the bathroom floor and all around the sink area. He sprayed the room while I was there because they refused to move me and the fumes were SO STRONG. There was no service recovery, apology or attempt to make any of these wrongs right. This was an awful experience.

The shuttle never arrived at the airport and after two hours of waitting at the airportt I called the hotel and was told to take a taxi and they would reinburse the cost of the taxi. When I called the next day I was told by the Office Manager from the Hotel that since none of that was truth and they were not going to give me any money back. She treats people poorly and it's incredible that Ramada Inn does not live up to their word.

I like the bar atmosphere. Its relaxing not crowded, and they have amazing burgers. Front desk is was not in the front, had to yell to get their attention. Overall the rooms are very clean

I stayed there on the weekly rate,so had to leave 100 deposit.when i checked out they said the deposit was added to the rent.The service at the front desk was bad (no one ever there).And forget about the wifi,it doesnt work.Dont wast your money!
