I stayed here for about a week and it was a "very, very friendly" place to be. Huge room with everything you want on a business trip. The concierge was outstanding. When the taxi did not arrive he drove me to the nearby place I had to go. They are always willing to help you with ANYTHING you need - a recommendation for a restaurant, directions, even sending packages for you. Even the gift store/convenience store in the lobby is like your local store, the man who runs the store was extremely helpful and friendly and a welcome face when I came home each evening. Yes, the decor is a little bit dated, but the staff more than make up for it, and I would rather stay with friendly obliging staff than in a swish hotel with aloof staff. I will be back and I highly recommend this busy hotel.
Breakfast, and the restaurant menu I definitely do not recommend. Drive somewhere nearby.
