checked in and asked for extra pillows, had to ask three times in a two hour period,finally asked where they were so i could get them myself,then they went. we were told that the rooms had balconys and queen beds, they had neither. we had two rooms paid for and the other couple had a family emergency and could not come. after finding a broken air conditioner we asked for another room and they said there was none available, so i asked about the room we paid for,for the other couple and then they gave us that room. thef air worked but the tv only coughet one channel and had to go back to front desk because the key wouldent work. the roons were very small and very noisy, the only good thing i can say is that it was clean..we also asked for a manager to call us so we could ask for a refund and we are still waiting on that call.and just to let anyone at trip advisor know i have zero tolerance for hotels that dont walk the talk
