The room smelled sour. There were roaches coming out of the shower drain. The water in the shower were orange with rust. They are bed bugs!!! The bathroom was not clean as there were water spots on the mirror. The sheets looked clean as I refused to sleep on the comforter or blanket. I did not let my feet touch the floor.
Sleeping in your car is a better alternative then getting a room at the this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is location, as it is close to the Galleria, with 6 miles.

This place is horrible and their customer service is even worse! the iron in the room stained my shirt, my shower water didn't drain, my wake up calls never happened and I almost missed my flight, there were roaches int he room, the lougs didn't work and the elelvator broke!! I was asked by Wesley if I wanted a refund.... When we called to get the reund, no one would assist us!! This place is horrible!!

Found this place in very poor condition with exposed rotted wood everywhere, trash everywhere and just plain dirty. Room wall paper peeling with exposed mold, no power outlets. They have one and use a underrated extension cord to power the TV, Frig and Microwave, this place is a fire hazard . It looks as though it should be condemned. They do not live up to the photos on their website at all! Limited television channels and when reported I was told theres nothing that can be done, for $100.00 an night you would think it would at lest have TV. The bathroom was filthy and mold, noisy room, asked to move to another room and was told place was full when the parking lot was empty. The staff attitude was as though they did not care. If the rates were $10.00 a night it would be too much for this place. Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

Stay down the road. Look elsewhere for a room. I can't believe Best Western will allow it's name on this place. It is NOT Best! Upon ariving could not find staff. He was in the back. It was late and he was alone. The place smelled like bug spray. Not a good sign. While getting a room, He answered the phone 3 times and cursed every time about the phone. When getting in our room, very dark atmosphere. Felt unsafe. Found man's dirty sock laying on counter. Wasn't sure balcony door was locked properly. Room was for 2 beds, but one had been removed. Very obvious. Sheets were clean. Bed was like sleeping on a box. Very hard. Could not sleep. Bath towels were very old and used up. Thread bare. Got up early to leave. Had plans to stay 4 nights, but Checked out to look somewhere else. Price was good, but then again, price isn't everything. Got a room very near by with well accomodations, 2 beds, microwave, fridge, good mattress, good towels, clean floor and smell. Only $20.00 more a night. Look somewhere else. Houston has better!
