I stayed here on both ends of a flight to California. The grounds and rooms were very clean, but........ The TV remote was missing, when the manager brought the remote, the TV didn't work. Twenty minutes and a new cable later we had TV. Additionally the outside door had a 1/2 inch gap all around that let light, freeway noise, and cold air in all night. The next morning, there was only lukewarm water in the shower. When we went for the "24 hour" shuttle, the lobby was locked. I had to ring the "night service" bell for 15 minutes before the sleeping manager from the day before showed up to check us out and drive to the airport .
The same poor manager retrieved us at midnight a week later and let us into the locked lobby to register. To top it off, at 9:30 a.m. the next morning, housekeeping removed the do-not-disturb sign and banged on the door to remind us that 11:00 was check-out time.
It is a shame that such a nice, clean, convenient hotel is spoiled by not hiring the people to provide decent service and keep the place comfortable. There are too many other hotels in close proximity to this airport to come back here.
