The room was clean with new carpet, paint, furniture, linens, etc... But I arrived to a room that must have been 130 degrees at 8pm, it was unbearable. I had to turn on the AC and leave because the room was so hot, and it took several hours for it to cool. The paint/texture on the shower ceiling was pealing, the bed was not very comfy and there was alot of road noise. The breakfast was just breads; toast, waffles, muffins, or danish, juice and coffee. No cereal, or fruit, it was disappointing. There is a Days Inn close by (airport) that is much better, in the same price range.

Left our car at the hotel while on vacation. Were taken to the airport for an early flight. Returned after 10 p.m., called the hotel and we were picked up within 10 minutes.
The rooms are newly redone and the work seems to be of high quality. B/c this is an older motel, the rooms are huge. And though close to I45, the room was quiet.
Location, price, service (including a free breakfast) are all first rate.

I spent two days there,the hotel is simple but clean,the staff,manager,driver,etc EXTREMELY friendly and VERY accomodating.
Its very close to the airport,so if you are just looking for a night of rest in a clean and near-by place this is it.The place is a little isolated.But all in all very accomodating,very friendly,very comfortable.Good clean and spacious room,good breakfast,good internet.Shuttle to the airport very accomodating.Definitly a place to return!

I stayed here on both ends of a flight to California. The grounds and rooms were very clean, but........ The TV remote was missing, when the manager brought the remote, the TV didn't work. Twenty minutes and a new cable later we had TV. Additionally the outside door had a 1/2 inch gap all around that let light, freeway noise, and cold air in all night. The next morning, there was only lukewarm water in the shower. When we went for the "24 hour" shuttle, the lobby was locked. I had to ring the "night service" bell for 15 minutes before the sleeping manager from the day before showed up to check us out and drive to the airport .

The same poor manager retrieved us at midnight a week later and let us into the locked lobby to register. To top it off, at 9:30 a.m. the next morning, housekeeping removed the do-not-disturb sign and banged on the door to remind us that 11:00 was check-out time.

It is a shame that such a nice, clean, convenient hotel is spoiled by not hiring the people to provide decent service and keep the place comfortable. There are too many other hotels in close proximity to this airport to come back here.
