My husband and I have stayed at this hotel four times in the past two years on business. The staff is fantastic. Breakfast is very nice and the wine and light appetizers in the evening are a great touch. The rooms are comfortable, quiet. The property is close to Westchase oil and gas business, the I-10 "Energy Corridor" and is a short 5-10 min. drive down Westheimer to the Galleria area. We can afford to stay at pricier, larger hotels but always come back to this property because it's such a great value.

Awesome staff, really helpful, will do anything for you, from baking cookies to buying sandals for you. Room is big and comfortable with all of the needed amenities. Highly recommended !

We stayed at two Best Western hotels on this trip and this was by far the nicest for the money. The rooms were very spacious and the wet bar with its extra sink was appreciated by our family of 4. The beds were not quite as comfy as the other BW but adequate. As others have stated in reviews, the service at breakfast was superb. It's nice to have hot options on a complimentary breakfast buffet. The house keeping very good and the hotel was very bright and welcoming. We chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews not on location. Unless you have business near by the location is a bit out of the way as the main freeway it is on is a toll road. The immediate vacinity is nice though. We will be considering Best Western more on our future trips.
