I have stayed at this hotel many many times since it opened. It was until recently my favorite hotel in Houston. They have recently made some changes to the Internet service that are just awful! It is now so slow! I was downloading a rather large file the other night and it was taking forever. I stopped it after 30 minutes and it was not even 50% done. I connected with my air card, which is slow, and it only took 3 minutes!

As much as I have loved this hotel I don't think I will stay any longer, as I need decent Internet service for work.

Homewood Suites are perfect for any type of occassion. My husband has stayed at Hilton properties all over the world for the last 20 yrs, including three months at the Hyatt Beach Resort in Kuwait City. Very nice, but just a hotel room. Homewood offers you everything. Full equipped kitchen, living area, seperate bedroom and very clean bathroom. All the comforts of home. They also furnish a dvd player and you can pick up movies in the lobby. We got a room on the first floor by the pool and was suprised that we could not hear any noise from the pool area. Wonderful free, hot breakfast and very comfortable beds!
This Homewood is in a great location. Easy access to main highways, but far enough away from them so you don't have the noise. Sits on corner in front of a very nice apartment complex. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Lots of bang for your buck.

From a Homewood Suite......It's easy to access (right off the 10) and getting to the frontage roads to find some place to eat was also easy.....It's nothing special, but meets the expectations of a Homewood Suites.....

Hilton has out done their selves with this hotel. Homewood Suites has all the comforts of home and more. For under $100 you basically get a one bedroom apartment with the luxuries of a primo hotel. Separate bedroom with ceiling fan and the most comfortable beds in any hotel. Full kitchen complete with dishes, pans, silverware and coffee. Two flat screen tvs, granite counter tops in the bath and kitchen. Full breakfast in the morning and hot snacks in the evening.

The great thing about this hotel is that my husband, early riser, can close the bedroom door and watch the early morning news and sip his coffee in the living area without disturbing me. In other hotels he has to go down to the lobby.

Where are they finding their employees for this hotel? They are always smiling and courteous no matter what time of day you see them. Fantastic customer service!

My husband and I love this hotel and will plan to stay here on each trip we make to the Houston, TX area. We always look for a Homewood Suites when we travel and have stayed in quite a few in different cities. They are all first class.

Why would we stay anywhere else?
