“Safe and Wonderfully Convenient!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 February 2012

A fine place to stay, the Club Quarters friendly staff, convenient location and above all town car service has made the difference of where one stays for business. As you know, good repoir inevitably develops when there is trust and convenience over the years. A vital synergistic approach to business, and pleasure for that matter, has been well cared for; the least of which is price and comfort. The result: a pleaseant experience, good food, and energetic ambiance that promotes vital readiness for tomorrows business today.

“Outstanding”

I had a wonderful stay at Club Quarters, especially considering the price. From allowing us to check in early to arranging cabs, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. WIFI speed in our room and lobby was fast and consistent. We especially enjoyed access to purified water and close proximity to the MetroRail. This hotel is on par with other Club Quarters I've stayed in on the East Coast; overall a great experience!

“Inexpensive hotel in Downtown--good for business travelers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 January 2012

Really nice lobby, with free coffee, water, computers & printers. Free wifi throughout the property, including in the rooms. Rooms are basic, a bit small; adequately equipped with a full size bed, work desk, small tv, coffee maker, bottled water (self serve). Bathroom very nice, shower only, good toiletries. At $200 less than the high end hotels, this is a good inexpensive alternative to the uber-luxury of the high end hotels where they charge you for wifi & coffee. This was a fine alternative for a solo business traveler.

Hotel offers free downtown limo transportation. Kitchenettes are available if staying longer, & hotel can stock them with a few basics for a very modest charge. Frequent guests can leave clothes for next trip & hotel will place them in room on your return.

I tried staying here as a $200 cheaper alternative to the Four Seasons or Hyatt; I'd stay here again.

“Missing Room Items, Unresponsive Staff, Noisy, and Poor WIFI”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 January 2012

Unfortunately our stay was less than satisfying, with a noisy elevator that started about 5 AM everyday, poor WIFI connection in the room, and the discovery of some our our items went missing from the room. When asked they said that they would get back in touch with us that day. Two days later, I called them and they said that they needed to talk with a manager and they would call me early next week. So after not receiving a call as promised, I called and spoke with a housekeeping manager who states, "Sorry, we are not responsible". A typical answer as to be expected. I asked if this is the first time they had someone report something missing and they stated "Yes". Forgive me, but something is very fishy with these folks. If you stay at Club Quarters in Houston, keep your guard up and think twice about getting your room cleaned during your stay.

Room Tip: don't stay near the elevator and bring a cord for internet. Watch your valuables.
