I had a very restful stay here while on business. My room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and QUIET. Highspeed internet was included in the room. Didn't utilize the food services. I've stayed at Hilton Garden Inns before. This is a very nice chain of hotels that I found to be a super value. I have high praise for this hotel and recommend it to other travelers needing to stay in this location. I will be very happy to stay here again in the future.

Stayed for 3 nights at this Hilton hotel, and it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The front desk staff were very helpful and extremely polite, which was especially refreshing after a flight where I was "non-greeted" by the Continental flight attendant, who chose to look down with an unfriendly expression on her face rather than smile and greet as one is used to when boarding, even in these times when airlines are cutting back on everything (it doesn't cost anything to smile, does it?).

I even received a "welcome basket" even though I only had a handful of nights on my Hilton Honors account ("Blue" level, I think). The room was very comfortable with superb bedding and everything (including the bathroom) was spotlessly clean! Free Wi-Fi and free parking were icing on the cake. I ordered Room Service on two nights, and the food was delicious and the service truly commendable! The lemonade I ordered on both days for drink was sweet, cool & refreshing (it was close to 100 degrees outside). Did I mention how helpful & courteous the front desk staff were? They certainly know how to treat their customers!!

Not the nicest Hilton I've stayed in. They were doing some remodeling but it was fairly unobtrusive. The lobby and main level are beautiful. The breakfast was really nice. $12 but still good food and well worth the money. This Hilton has free internet access. It is close to Beltway 8 and they actually had a security guard driving around the parking lot and talking to people. All in all... It is nice hotel. Friendly staff. I'd recommend a stay.

The staff was friend and helpful; espcially the front desk manager who helped me with all of my inquiries. I would recommend to anyone visiting Houston!
