The room was newly renovated, clean, and had a small flat panel television - all for $40. An awesome value.
At first, I was a little afraid of the location since I was checking in at 2 am in the morning (the Hobby Airport area isn't the safest). However, the cars in the parking lot that night were pretty decent, and there weren't any questionable people hanging around, so I felt better.
