I stayed at the Sun Suites Greenspoint with my wife and two children for two days and i was very satisfied with the friendly staff and the room amenities. A very close friend of mine recomened Sun Suites to us and suggested that the rooms had kitchens and it was just what we where looking for.I arrived on October 6 due to a maintenance emergency at our current home.The rooms where clean and it had all the ameneities mentioned at their website. I was able to use the WIFI and at my surprise it was very fast. My wife cooked brekfast ,lunch and dinner for my family and avoided having to buy carry out food. Sun Suites is affordable and clean and has a safe environment. I recommend Sun Suites Greenspoint they have friendly staff and clean rooms.

I have stayed at the Sun Suites for several months and they have always been very friendly and the property has been very clean. Maid Service is very good.

After an unfortunate situation-I found myself looking for a temporary place to live, while putting my world back together. As fate would have it-I landed here at Sun Suites! From day 1, the awesome staff has went out of their way to make me, the customer, feel welcome, and a part of this great environment. The assistant manager, Shawntell, works hard at making sure to answer all questions & keep the property running smoothly. The manager, Patricia, is all about business-but does so with a smile! Her assertive demeanor keeps the property running safely and ensures that she is well-liked by all! Currently still here at my FAVORITE "extended stay" hotel...I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

This was an extended stay I chose because it was cheap and my first visit to Houston. The service was pretty good but the room was old and I had to clean some things for it to be livable, for me. I soon realized this was a bad area of town and later learned it is nicknamed "Gunspoint". More of a motel than a hotel(no interior facing rooms). I know it's not the hotel managements fault but I had to check out after a man was robbed and shot outside my room. Literally, he was laying in front of my door. This was 8:00am. Last I heard, he had survived. After I gave my statement I checked out.
