I hereby write to commend the high level of efficiency and effectiveness exhibited by your personnel (Daisy Gomez) during my last visit between December 02 and 11, 2011. My case was a very complicated one which was purely due to an error I made while creating my reservation and the late arrival of my flight. A case so complex that any customer service would have been overwhelmed but she attended to me at various times and showed a very high level of customer relations. Some of the good qualities I noticed in her attending
to me includes the following to mention but a few:
1. Patience: Daisy was able to remain patient. I did not have all the needed information to help address my problem, the problem a result of my own mistakes. During my check in, the patience she had was an enormous help to help her address my complaints, problems and other challenges.
2. Empathy: The Empathy she exhibited was another extremely useful personality quality that I noticed while she was attending to me. She was able to show this in their effective communication skills. While it is not always possible to know exactly how I was feeling as a customer in distress, she saw the importance of being able to put herself in my shoes because she was able to convince me that she appreciated my difficulties. From experience, customers often have to wait for a long time in order to receive customer service, and this generally does not help improve their mood, especially if they have spent long travel time. I have had this happen to me severally before now in other locations. However, Daisy, through the empathy she showed allowed her to manage my situation effectively so that my problem can be resolved.
3. Competence: The ability to get the issue resolved is also highly critical. Customers are usually further annoyed when they finally speak to someone, only to realize that the representative has no idea how to fix the problem (or authority to do so). Reference to other people who can solve the problem, while appreciated, are not ideal, since the customer may get worked up during waiting period. Not surprisingly, this leads to the customer having to leave or return another time, subjecting them to an additional waiting period, and more commonplace stress. In the services I got during my said visit, Daisy exhibited significant competency, talented customer service provider who have the skills and authority to get the problem fixed right, the first time.
In conclusion, Daisy, your customer service employees (front desk officer) who are patient,
empathetic, and able to get the job done pleased me beyond measures that I
can not put down here right now, but suffice me to say "Daisy Made my Day" and May God bless her real good.
