This hotel is like a train wreck in motion. The front desk folks where rude, and unwilling to assist my family when we asked to switch
rooms due to several bed bugs and flying nats
The room smelled of mold, shower curtain and tub was moldy, our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The breakfast was laughable, and friendliness of staff was non-existant.
Earlier in the day I called the hotel to help with a flower delivery.
The front desk was insistant that I didn't have a reservation and that i must be the one mistaken. Meanwhile i'm starring at a room key. Total lack of respect for the customer and maintenance for the property. We moved to a Hampton Inn down the street for $115/night. WELL WORTH the extra $$$.
Stay as far away from this hotel as possible. Now you know.
