My family (Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Grandma, Mom, Dad, Sisters) were all going on a weeklong cruise and reserved rooms at this hotel so we could get to the ship the next day. The next morning we went to our car and the car had been broken into and all of our bags and even our radio were stolen. Our car was parked right out front (could be seen from the front doors) and no night workers saw anything at all. Security is non-existent. The clerks did not seem to be surprised and were not helpful when we notified them. We then had to try to buy a week’s worth of clothes and still try to get to the ship on time that day. I would never stay at this hotel again. With so many people going on cruises and flights staying at this hotel you would think they would invest in some security. If anyone values their luggage; please stay at the Hilton or Marriot right down the road.

This is not a new Country Inn, so it's not like others. Welcoming staff is very nice. Place is "aged" though: older TVs, bathroom fixtures, carpets, etc. If you stay here, ask for second floor room. First floor room had old windows that I could open the screens of and walk out of, which makes it likely someone could come in the from the outside. Lots of other hotel choices in this area. Hardly any places to eat. Airport Road is a rough-looking street. If you don't have to stay right by the airport, then don't. Had to check out before breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

we checked into the hotel new years eve. upon pulling back the sheets on the bed. we discovered they had not been changed from the previous occupant. junk on the sheets. i went to the front desk for a new set of sheets and once we pulled all the old sheets off the bed we discovered bed bugs on the mattress cover. i went down for a new matress cover and it had hair and stains all over it. quite disgusting.
had it not been late at night , we would have tried for another hotel.
what a disappointment.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel but nothing great either. The rooms are fairly small and on the older side but seemed fairly clean. The staff was friendly. The property itself is nice. The shuttle to the airport is an old van that gave us some hesitation but he got us to the airport and back ok. If you need a place to crash before an early flight or arriving on a late flight, it will get back and forth to the airport and a decent stay. We used the stay and park and everything worked out great.
