I moved from Atlanta and I'm pretty much all I have here in Houston. The staff are courteous and caring. I mean I'm a large person and they noticed some issues and were pre-emptive in making sure i was ok. They offered to actually re-arrange the room to make me more comfortable. i declined but the fact i didnt have to ask and they just offered in a discreet manner meant the world to me. They just have a very pleasant disposition and seem to be very willing to help you as much as they can and I truly appreciate it.
In regards to the actual room, it was very clean when i got here and they are consitently here twice a week cleaning. They have me actually thinking about staying longer than the 3 months i planned. I feel very safe here and they are just very very nice.
I have stayed in some horrible establishments where they were mean and non attentive and i say that is the farthest from the truth here...I recommend this place to anyone coming especially if you are not from Houston as they are really eager to help you find what you need and they also seem to genuinely care.
