This is a horrible outdated hotel with terrible front desk clerks. None of the clerks could give me directions from I-10.
The bed was as solid as concerte, rock hard with two small lumpy pillows and very faded bedspreads.
The room look unclean and very dingy. There was a police car parked put front when I checked in. I later learned this is a very high crime area.
The room smelled musty and skunky. The water pressure was terrible and the sinks didn't drain.
The location is awful and the hotel really hard to find.
Please do not waste your time or money and stay here. It is not listed in AAA books, another bad sign. Really, it is a horrible outdated, dingy, unclean hotel. Yuck!

I stayed a couple of nights on a business trip to the area and after missing the entrance a couple of times, I finally hit on keying on the med center out front. It's easy to miss.

The room was clean, everything worked, and hotel quiet. TV movie selection was a bit arcane with some credit card device but you get HBO for free. High speed internet wasn't all that fast but then I'm used to FIOS with 1800 kb download speed.

Hosts very nice and helpful, alerted me to need for quarters on tollway and sold me a roll... which I needed, lol.

Breakfast hot with bacon, eggs, real waffles,etc. Great deal.

Overall, I'll go back.

Took family in combination Business / Weekend Family trip. We picked the Country Inn & Suites because it is close to Galleria Mall area and Sugarland/Stafford Tech center.

Drive to Astro's game to less than 15 minutes.

This hotel is in perfect conditions and the staff is super.

Breakfast saved me about $20.00 dollars a day because my teenage boys are picky and eat a lot!

Bad experience. Let's see, not a suite (but has 1/2 or full kitchen), bright lights shining into our room, high speed internet access not working from time to time, dirty iron ruined wife's clothes, television BLARING in dining room (hotel policy we were told.) Low water pressure in shower (a peeve of mine). Request to speak to manager unanswered 48 hours later.
