The first night I arrived I complained that it was obvious that the sheets had not been replaced by the previous guest and expressed that we had infants with us and this was very unsanitary and could pose a health threat. There was only one staff on board who was pleasant but explained she could not leave the front desk to deliver clean sheets. I had to pick up the sheets and replace them only to discover that the (clean) sheets had many stains. Since I was not accommodated with clean sheets I proceeded to purchase two sets of sheets from Wal-Mart. The kitchen cabinets looked as though they were never cleaned, as it had many visible stains. The sofa was also stained and the room had a foul smell. On the next day I requested to check out and was told by the hotel that this was out of their hands and I had to discuss this with Hotel.com to get approval for a refund. I made many complaints to the Hotel and Hotel.Com, finally on the third day I checked out. I will never use Hotel.Com, as they were not responsive to my many calls, leaving me on hold for as long as 1hour and a half too many times.
