I don't know how people can like this place so much. I didn't have a very pleasant stay. Check-in was ok, but the lady at the desk wasn't overly friendly. Then I arrived at my room (219). First ist looked nice. It had been a studio suite, a little bit dated but still well mantained. Then I had to use the bathroom. On the floor I found not ne but at least half a dozen black long hair all over the floor. Later I found trash under the desk. I went to the front desk and I got another room. But that one was worse. There were huge stains on the linen as well as long black hair. Also they lamps in the bedroom weren't working. I went back to the front desk and told the lady. She sent me to a third room. Same thing, huge stains on the linen and cookie crumps on the floor. I finally stayed in the frist room because at least the bed was clean. Besides that I was unable to check in for my flight because they had only one computer in the business center without a working printer. They weren't unable or unwilling to help me at all.

We stayed at this La Quinta and will be again shortly. We travel with our doggies as much as possibole and they love it. We got a suite the last time we stayed here and it was very comfortable and roomy. The breakfast was hot and very good!

We had a suite with a queen bed and pull out sofa. The room was clean, furnishings and bedding very nice. Even the sofa bed was comfortable.

Location is just down the street from Willowbrook Mall, so plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Staff was accommodating. Breakfast was just fine.

Overall, a very good value for the money.

The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were wonderful, they made sure my stay was the best, always polite and treated me like family. Loved the full sized fridge and stove top.
