We had a really bad experience at the Hampton, Reliant Houston that resulted in us calling Hampton’s main reservation number to be relocated at 11 PM to this hotel a few weeks back. It was far superior to the Reliant Hampton so we thought we would give it another shot. When we arrived the room was clean and everything seemed to work alright. We went to dinner came back & relaxed for a bit. Found that some of the TV stations weren’t working which wasn’t a huge deal. Then the Wi-Fi stopped working which was inconvenient but still not a deal breaker as we were not on a business trip. Finally, the toilet started leaking at the base to floor interface. Great! We called the night manager and secured a room to move too. The new room was fine with the exception of the Wi-Fi still not working. The bed was comfortable and there was little to no noise from I-10. I did appreciate the night manager’s attitude but would appreciate everything working even more.
