We only stayed at this hotel for 1 night on our way to San Antonio. We choose motel because of the price, all the hotels in downtown Houston seemed to be very expensive and as we were on a two month holiday in America we wanted to keep our costs down.
This hotel is not downtown its in the hospital area but it was easy accessible from downtown on the metro in about 20 minutes.
There was not any food places near the hotel but we found a subway and a supermarket about 15 mins walk away.
The room was quite basic but it was clean and for $60 a night we weren’t expecting it to be flashy. I think its meant for extended stays as it came with a kitchenette and breakfast bar.
The motel did have wifi but wasn’t free but was only $4.95 for the whole stay which wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t the greatest speed.
I would recommend this place to anyone who was on a budget staying in Houston

This place is a great value for the location especially if you are relocating to Houston and need a place to stay for 30 days or more to find a permanent place.
They accept pets and have a great 30 day rate.

This is a basic hotel with everything someone might need. It's not plush or fancy accommodations but is clean, spacious, quiet, well maintained and definitely worth the cost.

The Good:
Room price exceptional for the Galleria area of Houston.
Rooms were very clean and quiet. All ammenities in working order.
Front desk staff friendly and helpful
Hotel lobby neat, clean, and "homey"

The Bad:
Lower part of bed (near foot) squeaked (not a prob when sleeping though) :-)
Wifi cost $4.99 (for stay - but my stay was only 1 night) Many places now offer free Wifi

We enjoyed our stay here - it wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable and the value was very good in our opinion. We'll be back for sure the next time we are in Houston.
