Caution to this place!!!!!!!!! They messed up our confirmation for all our rooms for our family reunion. Finally the unfriendly staff accomodated us. Our room was HORRIBLE!!!! The dead bolt didn't lock, door barely shut, 1 lamp worked out of 4, no linens or blanket for sofa bed, dirt & hair all along baseboards esp in bathroom, closet door broken & bug trap in window. Trash truck loud at 6:30 a.m. After the 2nd night stay, when I awoke, I had spiders in my suitcase and ants on the kitchen bar, down the wall, floor & behind the refrig (no food in room). My sons room also had ants all in the kitchen(no food). We checked out with no care by our complaints. When we met up with my family at the reunion, my cousin had horrible bites on his feet, ankles, & wrists which we found out was bed bug bites, my other cousins girlfiend had 2 spider bites. My uncle didn't have any coffee and they will only give you 1 pkg a day plus they do not have shampoo or conditioner. The finale came when later that morning, my aunt got a call from this dump that the pipes had broke in her room and was flooding it & her stuff!!! Still when they all checked out , no one in the office said or did anything about these inconviences. We later found out that they have not cleaned up after the refugee's---from Katrina!!!!! Oh and they charge if you want fresh towels or your bed made unless you stay for 7 days then you get1 day of that FREE!!!! Take Raid & antibiotics if you choose to stay here!!!!!!!!!!!

This is hotel was actually very nice for the price. The staff was very friendly I didn't get the ladies name but when we arrived on Friday night 5--08-09 at around 7 or 8pm we got to our rooms and just a few minutes later she called to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything she also called the next night to see if we needed anything. The kitchen did have pots and pans in it (one review said it didn't) everything in it worked. The only problem that we had was it was a non-smoking room and the room smelled of smoke other than that everything was great and comfortable. Was convenient to walmart and shopping mall. One other problem we had was the directions it says to turn on Champion Centre Drive and you actually turn on Willow Centre Drive so we drove by it 3 times before we found it.

For a $45/night hotel, this is what we expected. Bad smell, outdated room decor, and the cleanliness a little questionable. Clean parking lot and there was also a kitchenette.

This is the worst hotel,,,,EVER. From the moment you walk in to the day you finally get to check out.
When we walked in, there was the smell of Pine-o-Pin. Additionally, the bathroom was in the kitchen, had a coffeemaker but did not work in the location it ws housed. Had to move it, since the plug did not work.
There was a package of carrots in the freezer. As a matwr of fact, the refrigerator was so loud, we could not sleep---not to mention the uncomfortable FULL bed.
The draperies were no where close to matching the so-called comforter.
Room is SO SMALL, it is difficult to move.
The weathwr turned cold during the day , there was no blanket on the bed or in the closet. Ask for a blanket at the front desk, received 2 mattress covers. I refused them and was given another comforter...no blankets????
Believe me, I wouldn't pay $19.99 for this trash!!! TOO much to pay for a room here. It should be condemned and start ALL over.
This was the most horrible experience of my life.
I had guest from out of town and had to have them housed at another hotel.
To avoid the waste of money, I had to stay here myself. Everyone REFUSED to stay in this HOLE IN THE WALL
Take my word for it....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! IT WAS DEPRESSING!!!
