I had read the other reviews and was hoping they were not bogus. They were on the money. For $32 a night weekly rate (and they even gave me money back for leaving early) the hotel is really a deal. Plenty of parking for my 26 ft Uhaul, area seems safe. It is tucked back off the road so you can miss it easy and the traffic on the road will keep you from any quick corrections if you do.. It is walking distance to the mall and plenty of restaurants (who walks in NW Houston?). There are cheaper extended stays but many are 3 story, not in a nice wooded area like this hotel. Quite a find, definitely believe the prior reviews. There is no internet, pool, breakfast so go somewhere else if these are mandatory

Stayed here for business 3 weeks in a row all times in bldg 1 two different rooms and saw another in bldg 2 a co-worker was staying in and all need new carpet, mattresses and pillows. Beds were hard pillows were small and flat. I have stayed at mostly 3 & 4 star places so this place is about a 2. Very convenient to restaurants and highways though.

Maybe they should remove the chair but the room itself is just to small. From window to bathroom wall you have a chair the bed and a nightstand non with more than 1 inch clearance from the other. Also, the entire Extended stay America chain should upgrade to flat Screen TV's. I was going to be in Houston for about 3 months so I talked to the Hotel Manager and thought I negociated a rate that was acceptible to us all and explained that I would be checking out on some weekends and wanted the rate to continue on. Each time I returned I needed to fight and argue to get the negociated rate back. So with all the hassle and the size of the room I finally just went elsewhere.

The Hotel was recommended by one of my friend. I was in Houston for 6 months. So, I negotiated with the hotel for monthly rate which came out very reasonable. Just opposite side of the road is Walmart and a few Mexican jaunts are nearby (walking distance). Rooms are small but okay for a single person.
