We stayed here for one Saturday night because this was the host hotel for my daughter's sporting event. We got a great rate and I was more than happy with our stay here. We arrived early at 1:00 pm and were still able to check in to our room without a wait. All the staff members we encountered were very helpful. This hotel is not the atrium type that the other Embassy Suites I have stayed at have been, but I think this may have helped keep the noise level down in our room during the late evening. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. The only negative I can think of was that the pool was very small and crowded. Breakfast was advertised as starting at 7:00 a.m., but everything was ready at 6:45 when we went down. This helped us tremendously since we would have had to rush through breakfast otherwise. Which I must say was fantastic. Perfectly cooked omelettes, crispy bacon, and plenty of other selections were available. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I were in the area.

“Wonderful Hotel”
I recently stayed here with my daughters (ages 6 and 3). Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Yolanda treated us like family. She is the best!! Great food, convenient location, clean, spacious rooms. Will difinitelty stay again. Thanks for a great stay!!!

“Great customer service”
All of the staff in the hotel was extremely professional and nice. especially the ones in the front desk. I travel a lot with the military and always try to stay there. This hotel will always get my recomendations and two thumbs up. The person who was extremely helpfull i believe his name was Zaiq. He was very professional and extremely patient with all our questions.

“Embassy suites 2012”
The layout of this Embassy Suites is somewhat different. There is no open atrium instead in the lobby you have palm trees and a large open lobby with flat screen TV's, large fish tank, and cafe/small bar. This is the third year we spend Christmas here and ut's great. Warm indoor pool, fitness room, and comfortable suites upstairs, not to mention the daily managers reception with chips, cheese, fruit, and drinks (just to lounge away and relax). My children and I enjoy this hotel and will be back as this our hotel if choice in Houston with its great amenities and proximity to everything in West Houston.

“Engagement Stay at the Embassy Suites -Energy Corridor”
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
Rooms are very spacious
Beds are extra comfortable
Exceeded my expectations
Happy hour :) :) 5-7
Lobby nice and sunny to sit in
Recommended for holding events as I went there for friends' engagement and had a great time with no disappointments from the hotel
Room Tip: The corner suites are the largest rooms, very comfortable .. Higher floors are suggested
