What more is there to say I stayed a week and got many bites.

I really like the Hotel and had a very pleasant stay. Would like to stay again when I am visiting Houston again. One can rarely find an Hotel in Downtown Houston with such small price $59 daily. The amenities and service was extremely good having a Continental breakfast in the morning. Room was cleaned daily . Bath Towels are changed daily. Inside the Room you have 2 big rooms. One Room for Sleeping and other for dining having a full fledged kitchen. Only thing is lacking that they do not provide utensils, otherwise you have microwave,refrigerator, gas stove, toast maker etc. Reaching downtown from this Hotel is very easy. For a visitor like me travel from other country on short Business Trip who does not have car initially, can reach Downtown by taking Metro Bus No. 85,20 or 36. All goes to Downtown

Although the general location is good if you have business in Houston's downtown sector, the specific location is not. If you must stay here, bring ear plugs, as Interstate 10 runs on one side of this hotel/motel and a very busy railroad track is on the other. Neither the window or door on this outside facing lodging is sound-proof, so you will be bombarded with heavy traffic noise, punctuated by train whistles, all night long.

Interior was clean, but very dated, and the blanket on the bed should have been retired many years ago. No additional blankets were in the room, and we don't like to sleep under the bedspreads. Therefore, we were chilly AND awake most of the night -- not good, when you have professional work to do the next day.

We use the Choice Hotels/Comfort Inns/Quality Inns throughout our travels, but this one should be dropped from their selection. The breakfast was unappealing as well; fortunately, there's a Denny's next door.

This is the WORST Comfort Inn EVER ! ! OLD dirty..... Oddd BAD breakfast... old Outside Swimming pool.......... .... half the ice machines did NOT work...... . and ONLY one sofe drink michine worked and it only took quarters . THE LOUD train goes right beside the parking lot 5 times a night
