Stayed here for one night after a late flight in from Dallas. Service was excellent - I has a mic up with my booking and this was resolved very promptly with no fuss whatsoever. Airport transfer was quick and efficient and Lena on the front desk is a credit to the hotel.

Slight downside is the noisy AC unit in the room but it was bearable.

Would definitely return...

We stayed here twice on our way to and from Belize. The front desk lady Lene is very charming and helpful, was is the coursesy shuttle driver, Dan. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is pretty decent for most hotels, I'm about to go have a waffle now! The upside of the location is it's close to the airport, the downside is there's no good shopping or nice resturaunts very close by and cabs aren't cheap here. Great place though, we'll stay again if we fly though Houston.

Great find. Very close to the airport (2 miles) and dog friendly. It is in a very wooded area and there's a large open area nearby for playing fetch with the dog. Overall this is an excellent location for people departing Houston with their dogs. The room was spacious and everything you would expect from TownePlace Suites. Only downside for us was that there was a cricket in our room that started making noice around 1am. The area is that wooded. (We were on the 4th floor!) Highly recommended though for anyone departing Houston InterContinental, particularly if you're with your dog.

The most accomodating, friendly and wonderful staff. The suites are nice & spacious with great work space and the hotel is located in a peaceful, green and wooded area of Houston. The suites & public areas are always very clean and well maintained.
