I submitted credit card information via fax. Called to confirm it was recieved, was told that it was and when my client arrived, they "couldnt find it". When picking up my guest, I went to the front desk to straighten it out and return the room to my company card, the front desk clerk was rude. She insisted that they didnt have it. I was sure they had received it as I have a fax confirmation and the cc number was entered into the system, but no one could find the fax. I was very concerned that my cc info is on a piece of paper that no one seems to be able to find. She was very rude.
Also, I informed them my guest would be arriving around 12 when I made the reservation. I didnt say the exact words "early check-in" but stating that they would be arriving at 12 pm wasnt enough. My client had to leave and come back later. Upon their return, they were given a room, went to it and found it dirty. Unmade bed etc. Went back to the front desk and was given a different room. VERY dissatisfied. Will not use again.
