Although the hotel is not the best Hampton/ Hilton family hotel I have ever stayed at; the customer service provided by Desiree and Talika is the best I have ever experienced in a hotel; and I have stayed in lots. They went above and beyond the call of duty. From the time my husband and I walked in the door to the time we left, they made trusted connections with us and all who they touched. My husband locked the keys in the trunk of our car and the locksmith and Mercedes dealership couldn't get them out. It caused us to miss the football game and we were stuck with no vehicle. They went out their way to accomodate us (they offered to cook us something for dinner-their breakfast; we declined, they extended our check out time, they checked in on us, they asked what they could do, the next morning, they asked us how things were and if we figured out anything; again, what could they do); things they didnt have to do. I cannot express my gatitude for these ladies. Thank you, thank you and thank you!!!

I've been a Hilton Diamond Member for years now and I normally stay in Hilton Garden Inns. However, things were booked so I stayed at this Hampton for the first time. I must say that the rooms and amenities were standard Hampton Inn fare, but the staff went above and beyond. I left my air card for my computer and they not only called me and informed me, but they also mailed it out to me. I have to say that out of the dozens of Hamptons I've ever stayed at, I've never encountered a staff as professional and helpful. Especially Michelle.

I submitted credit card information via fax. Called to confirm it was recieved, was told that it was and when my client arrived, they "couldnt find it". When picking up my guest, I went to the front desk to straighten it out and return the room to my company card, the front desk clerk was rude. She insisted that they didnt have it. I was sure they had received it as I have a fax confirmation and the cc number was entered into the system, but no one could find the fax. I was very concerned that my cc info is on a piece of paper that no one seems to be able to find. She was very rude.

Also, I informed them my guest would be arriving around 12 when I made the reservation. I didnt say the exact words "early check-in" but stating that they would be arriving at 12 pm wasnt enough. My client had to leave and come back later. Upon their return, they were given a room, went to it and found it dirty. Unmade bed etc. Went back to the front desk and was given a different room. VERY dissatisfied. Will not use again.

Had a very satisfying stay here for business. Room was clean, bed comfort was above average, bathroom spacious and well lighted, and free WiFi was fast. For my needs it fit the bill exactly and delivered what was promised. It's not the flashiest place in the world but it gets the basics right.

The staff the next morning for the breakfast buffet were very friendly and helpful. The buffet itself was presented efficiently and effectively. They make good use of little space.

I'd stay here again no problem but I did want to mention that I had a king-bed room which was in the front of the hotel on the second floor and I did hear some traffic from 290. However, the low din of the cold A/C took care of most of that problem!
