We arrived on New Years Eve. The bus driver and the guy at the reception desk told us only chinese take out and the cafe down the road were open. All the restaurants and bars closed early. On New Years Eve! We got to our room and found a list of all local restaurants and information stating the shuttle would take us and pick us up from any of the restaurants on the list. So, we called TGI Fridays, to confirm they were open. They were, so we went back to the lobby. The guy at the desk seemed confused by our request for the shuttle and that this information concerning a list of restaurants was in the room. He told us we must call before 10:30 to get a ride back.
They gave us a ride to TGI Friday's. We were finished with our meal by 9:50 and promply called the Inn (40 minutes before their deadline). They said they were picking guests up from the airport and would pick us up afterward. By 11:00, and 3 corresponding phone calls with them, they told us they could not pick us up. We had to find our own way back.
