Horrible place to stay!! Front desk lady is rude! We took a shower that night so we needed clean towels the next morning and they told us to come get it or wait tell room service starts at 9 than at 9 we called it was changed to 10:30!! My husband went to get it and she told him to go take the dirty ones to the laundry room!( talk about poor quality hotel) breakfast has cold boiled eggs, hard donuts and apple juice if you go early enough bc once there out too bad!!! Pay a few bucks more and get a better hotel!! Don't waste your money or time here
I expected much for it being a ramada. There was no continental breakfast which pissed me off being i was there for a week. Its only good for an overnight stay.
I had to come for Houston for work and this hotel was close to the office. I had never stayed her before and would never stay here again. While I was not expecting anything great based off the price, I was not satisified with what I got for what I paid. The lobby is nice. But the room was run down, mold in the bathroom, and an overall feeling of dirty. I stayed two nights. There was a small coffee maker in the room which would have been great had they given me any coffee. Only half a roll of toilet paper. No soap. I asked the front desk for these things the morning after my first night and they said they had been having issues with housekeeping and would make sure I got those items. Never got them. When I tried to check out and get a receipt I was told that the person working the desk didn't have a password to the computer to print one. I asked for a manager and none was there. This was around 8:45 am. They said they would email me the receipt. I provided them with email and never got one (this was a week ago). Seeing as how I never even got soap I didn't trust that they would email me a receipt so made the lady write one out by hand - which I hope my work will accept since the room was paid for with my company card. Breakfast was typical low budget breakfast... some donuts and bad coffee. The area of town is not good. Saw random people hanging out in the parking lot that were NOT staying at the hotel. Was a bit afraid my car would be broken into. Would never stay in this hotel again. Also in my room, one of the bedside lamps didn't work, one of the end tables by the bed was missing, and instead of a nice chair in the corner there were two dirty chairs set side by side. I was afriad to not wear socks on the floor. Did not see any bugs at least.
Location is not the easiest to find, even with a Sat Nav. Dont use the valet parking, the car park is reasonable and has good spots. Room was comfortable and spotless, bar is great and the friendliness of the staff is fantastic. Breakfast a little greasy but filling - not a lot around hotel if staying there
