The staff is exemplary. The facilities are well maintained. The accommodations were spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond and made sure my stay was excellent.

I decided to take my wife for a weekend getaway. We stayed at the Best Western in Greenville, Tx. The staff was great, they took care of everything we needed. They had plenty of smiles, and were very friendly.

I stayed at the Best Western recently and it was my first time staying at this hotel and it was the best and nicest holtel stay I've had in a while the staff was nice and always had a welcoming smile when I seen them I also got the chance to speak to the GM Jessica and she made my stay even more welcoming she was always friendly and made sure all my needs we well takin care of I wish all hotels were this friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to the Greenvlle area.

On a very long trip from El Paso to Baltimore, our car broke down in Greenville, TX. We spent 4 nights in the Best Western Plus Monica Royale. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was very friendly and most helpful. They made suggestions about auto repair places, gave us good directions and most appreciated, offered moral support and sincere empathy for our plight. We felt very comfortable and welcome in our "home away from home." The lobby and rooms were tastefully furnished. The beds were very comfortable, clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast choices were varied and quite delicious. The manager was most friendly and accommodating, and did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through this small town. Southern hospitality at its best!
