Stayed two nights at SpringHill Suites when in Dallas last time. Looked for a hotel with free breakfast, free wifi, free parking, close to DFW Airport as well as with good shopping opportunities closeby. Was not disappointed. Huge shopping mall just next door.

Big, spacious two-bed room with separate seating area and small kitchenette.
It was clean, beds were good, and service was great.

Shuttle worked just fine for me. Called upon arrival at DFW Airport (at midnight) and shuttle came within 15 minutes. Offered to take me to a fast-food restaurant if I was hungry, which I declined. Nice though. Also informed of manager's reception the evening after (from 5-7 PM).
Check in went smooth and I hit the bed. Slept like a rock (not hard to do after 25 hours of traveling). The day after I took the shuttle to the rental car center and picked up my rental.

Morning after, breakfast was allright and I got what I needed (after all it was included in the price). Internet worked just fine. Managers reception in the afternoon was also a nice touch, free wine and beer, some nachos with fixings.

On the last day, we overslept the breakfast. Opted for breakfast in Grapevine (Old West Cafe, can highly recommend that place!!!)

All in all, I had a good two days at the SpringHill Suites. Can recommend and WILL BE BACK next time in Dallas.

Our stay was as expected. They even let us keep our car at the hotel while we traveled to San Francisco. They then picked us up at the airport. It took a little longer than we would have liked to get picked up but since parking was free, we didn't complain.

Clean, quiet, & comfy. Breakfast was good & plenty of it. Close to a gigantic mall, Bass Pro, & DFW. I would stay there again.

We did the fly drive deal. They told us we would be picked up promptly when we returned from our trip to Cabo. When we returned and called for our pick up, they said it would be 15 or 20 minutes since they were down to one van. After 30 minutes I called and they said it would be another 15 or 20 minutes. We had to wait in the extreme heat for 50 minutes. When we finally got picked up, we had to make another pickup away from the airport. This took another 25 minutes. We had to drive 5 1/2 hours to get home at 5:15 PM July 26, 2011 so we weren't too happy. They really didn't seem to care. If they would have told me the truth from the start, I would have gotten a taxi. Next time I stay there it will be somwhere else.
