The Gaylord is a beautiful resort hotel with great customer service, superb food and comfortable clean rooms. The Glass cactus is a fun place to unwind and dance to counry bands. My favorite was at Zeppole Italian restaurant. The sea scallops and shimp dish was divine!
The hotel has so many amenities that you dont have to even leave the hotel.
Some of the restauants are pricey, especially the old Hickory steakhouse and the high end wine bar but if you want to splurge this is the place to eat or try that special wine.

I hate this hotel. The stupidest form of letting money go down the drain. Accommodations are in line with a value hotel, but at least value hotels price matches what you paid for. I don't even know how they found a way to make your bed so uncomfortable. $25 valet parking,and it seems like coffee was a prank just to see how much crappy service and amenities you can take. Just got a call from the hotel earlier to respond to my email I sent them to tell me how sorry they are to hear about my stay, I told them how sorry I was for staying there. NEVER AGAIN!

We stayed feb 9 for one night as our connecting flight to Cancun was the next morning. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very big, lots of restaurant choices and different areas. We had dinner at the southwestern restaurant and then sat outside by the outdoor fireplace. They offer complimentary transportation to the airport as well. The only thing that put me off a bit was when we asked the girl at the front desk which restaurant had the most vegetarian options and she told us to go to the steakhouse?? The only veggie options when perusing their menu posted outside was a side salad and mashed potatos, lol maybe texans dont know what the definition of vegetarian is? If you need to stay overnight in Grapevine I would highly recommend this place.

I recently finished a company training hosted at the Gaylord Texan. Everything was under one roof. The temperature inside was a comfortable 73 degrees while outside was averaging in the 40's. The service was awesome. I really liked the personal notes each day from the turndown staff. Everyone I interacted with was professional and was looking to provide the highest levels of satisfaction. I want to thank our office manager for identifying this place. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning a corporate event.
