“Its like Disneyland!”

I recently finished a company training hosted at the Gaylord Texan. Everything was under one roof. The temperature inside was a comfortable 73 degrees while outside was averaging in the 40's. The service was awesome. I really liked the personal notes each day from the turndown staff. Everyone I interacted with was professional and was looking to provide the highest levels of satisfaction. I want to thank our office manager for identifying this place. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning a corporate event.

“Outstanding service and amenities.”

In addition to the all under one roof amenities you have at this facility, I have been very impressed by the quality of service, professionalism and attentiveness to details the staff has provided to me and my colleagues this week during our conference.. I highly recommend this resort when planning your next corporate meeting.

“Love the Gaylord Hotels”

Had a wonderful trip. Convenience to convention center and dining. Grapevine Mills Mall is a short ride away for extra shopping.

Room Tip: We have used many different Gaylord hotels for business and have always had a great experience!

Like the other Gaylord hotels of the group.You will almost never have bad surprises staying at a Gaylord. Just feel welcome.

Stayed at the Gaylord Texan for a convention and loved it! The service matches the atmosphere - just perfect. We stayed for 6 days and every request was accommodated at any time of day. Place is clean, staff was warm & friendly and the Italian restaurant on property serves a fantastic beef carppachio.
