stayed here for a meeting-could not have been better. the staff was very friendly and helpful,great room and bed,quiet. The breakfast is very good.This hotel has it all!!!

I used 37,500 honor points to stay at this hotel. I really thought it was going to be awesome because of the high points value. The lobby is beautiful, the kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was miserable and I could hear my neighbor snoring all night long. I think it was because I was in a corner room tucked near another room that had a balcony. I have not complained to the hotel, however, I did complain to Hilton Honors on the points value. If had been able to rest, I probably would have given this property a high rating.

We always stay here when in the area. Rooms are starting to show a little age but still very nice. Breakfast is hands down what keeps us coming back! Employees seemed more customer service oriented this trip too! My only complaint was that the gift shop closes too early.

This property has always been well managed over the years but the rates kept creeping up and up over the years eventually exceeding. Now, someone has got a clue and dropped about 30% off of what they charged in 2010.
The hotel is attached to the Bass Pro Shop which is great.
