This hotel had the best reviews for the price so it was our pick for a stay for a family reunion. The room was clean and neat with a roomy desk and large mini-fridge. It's not a huge property so everything is quick - elevator, stairs, exterior door. A/C cooled off quick! The bed was pretty comfy with good pillows. Beware if you have children needing a bath - I don't know about other rooms, but our 2 Queen NS room did not have a tub - only a shower!! I would stay here again - great location, comfy room, easy check-in!

My wife and I had the best experience staying at Baymont hotel in Granbury. Weather in Texas was very hot and dry, temps over 108 for 3 days there, we found everyone to be very friendly despite the heat. We arrived Monday evening to 108 weather and a very warm and friendly greet by Steve at Baymont front desk night shift. Steve was helpful with directions, dining suggestions, and always had some favorites, fresh chocolate chip cookies. All the other staff members, day shift desk and room cleaning staff, were just as friendly and customer service minded. Manager at this Baymont hotel has assembled a team that is driven by customer satisfaction.
Our room was a great value; fresh linens and towels, clean, quite, and as requested-king non-smoking. Every thing worked too; TV, A/C, frig, microwave, and no leaking facuets.
In all our 3 day trip to Granbury was GREAT. Made even better by entire staff at this Baymont hotel and local businesses. We will return.

My mother, my 2 sons (ages 5 and 2 months) and I visited Grandbury over memorial weekend. We initially went to do the attractions in glen rose but couldn’t get an affordable hotel in glen rose being that we waited last minute to book and they were all taken. I found this hotel and it had an indoor pool which was actually the deciding factor..then went through my company and got corporate discount, which made it even better!!
When i arrived the lady at the front desk was an older lady who greeted me, checked me in promptly with no problems, and told me if i needed anything to let her know. I also noticed the fresh cookies on the counter..i was liking this place already :) later i found out they have these every night.
Our room was non smoking, had 2 queen beds, a flat screen, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, blow dryer...all the necessities in my book. Linens smelled fresh, room smelled clean and looked clean. Towels were nice and white.
Breakfast was 6-10. First day they had egg omelets, sausage, french toast, texas shaped waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins, juice, milk, danishes. Next day about the same except for bacon instead of sausage.
Pool was open until 11 which I liked since we were out and about until late every evening, then went back to the room and swam and sat in the hot tub.
The location was great, right up the street from the public beach and pretty much all the restaurants. Also only 10-15 or so minutes from glen rose.
All in all I loved this hotel. I wanted to give it 4 1/2 stars but didn’t have the option.
The half off would be for: hard to control room temp, it was either really cold, or muggy if you turned the air off. The fridge would make a loud running noise off and on, and it was kind of tricky to find the best way to get in and out of the parking lot..but after we figured out the area, it wasn’t too bad. None of these were too bad so it didn’t constitute knocking off a whole star lol.
All in all I really enjoyed myself; the value was great for what we got. And being that I travel with my kiddos I'm pretty picky. We ended up staying 3 nights instead of the 2 we booked, which they had no problem giving me the corporate rate and extended my stay. I will definitely be staying here again when we go back.
