Just 45 minutes south of Ft. Worth. We stayed for a long weekend on the lake. The hotel is an excellent choice- right on the lake and only a short drive to the town square. Bright and cheery facility, with convention space . Plenty of parking and a boat launch

We stayed at the Hilton Inn in granbury texas. The views from the boardwalk just outside on the lake was amazing! Room serivce food was actualy really great! The room was amazing we stayed in 1 king sized bed with desk and theres was plently of room for two. All of the staff was great very cheerful and understanding. The only problem was the air condtioner in the room had some issues staying on but we messed with a little while and it worked just fine. It prob has not been turned on in a while. I would def refer other people to stay there and we will be returning soon!

The Hilton is on Lake Granbery and was very nice with a great view. Very clean and nice outdoor sitting areas. Just a few blocks away from the Courthouse Square where there is a ton of shopping that can be done!

My son was married at the convention center which is on the same property so we reserved rooms at this hotel. The hotel refused to give us any discount for booking multiple rooms but since the hotel was so close we decided to use the hotel anyway. Big mistake. We booked and paid for 4 rooms including a junior suite. When my son arrived they allowed him to check into our room with out any proof or credit card. When we arrived we gave our credit card and wanted to check in but were advised that our son had checked in and was already in the room. When I asked why they had checked him in without my information they shrugged their shoulders and had no answer.
The rooms were typical and were clean although small. we had a view of the lake (which cost extra) but one of the rooms had a terrible view of the roof and air conditioning system.
I tried to eat lunch at the hotel at noon but after waiting for 15 minutes no one had come to seat me. I asked a hotel employee seated at the bar if they were serving lunch, she stated they were but she wasn't working yet and wasn't on the clock. Astonished, I asked her if someone was working and she stated that two employees were in the back on break. At this point, I gave up and walked across the street to eat.
Later I went to complain to the manager at the front desk regarding the lunch service but the manager on duty was talking (looked like personal stuff) to the front desk person and they didn't acknowledge that I was even there.
Kids were running lose in the hotel and were tyoing up the elevators so it took quite a while to get to the room and back to the lobby.
I didn't sleep at the hotel since I was driving back and forth to take care of our pets in Dallas so I can't comment on the beds and comfort factor.
At check out I asked if they had a cash machine as I needed to get cash for gratuitys and was told they didn't have a cash machine and didn't know where I should go to get cash.
I definately would not stay here and again and wouldn't reccomend the hotel.
