My wife and I were in Glen Rose to do some bike riding in prep for an upcoming race, and wanted something besides the typical chain hotel. We had a very nice stay at Bussey's SSBnB, and would certainly stay again if we were in the area. The location is great, within a couple of blocks of 'downtown' and the square, and just a block from a nice restaurant. The room (we stayed in the Cozy Victorian) was plenty big, cozy and well appointed. Though this isn't your standard bed and breakfast, with a prepared morning meal, that actually worked perfect for us as we were on the road by 7am both mornings (to beat the heat) and really had no time or desire for a formal breakfast. Plenty of fixins, both for breakfast and a non-stop array of snacks, was provided in the 'hospitality room', just off our suite and available 24 hours. The highlight of our stay was the hospitality of the Busseys, going out of their way to assure we had what we needed, including an ample supply of ice early in the morning. There's no TV, but we survived, though the free WiFi was much appreciated. All and all, a very enjoyable weekend.
