We had booked a one bedroom for a week and when we checked in, we were very disappointed. It was very small, the bench in the kitchen area was lumpy, not comfortable to sit. It smelt heavier of bleach then as it wore off, it smelt musty. We got about 2 hours sleep the first night and checked out at 6:00 am the next morning. No way could I stay a whole week. The pools appeared very nice but we didn't stay long enough to see.
Supplies were very limited, no paper towels, no dish cloth, no liquid dish soap. Most resorts provide a starter pack that include these items. I've seen discount hotels better than this place.

I contacted this hotel Friday Evening and asked about rates the lovley old lady who answered me suggested I stay a entire month because it would knock my price down from there rates at 950.00 a week to 850.00 the monthly price special. She even sent me a nice email explaining the price and ow there cleaning service worked she told me to call back Monday morning becuase extended stays had to be made thru managers. Well come Tuesday when I called back to pay they tell me its full when I spoke to the older lady Friday they were wide open. and Then manger was out Saturday and Sunday. So you kow then entire montel did not book up completly for either June and July as I told the lady I was open to either month. They did how ever say that I could stay a week at a time for 950.00. So they do not honor there price or the emails. They try to change what they say mid way thru your gettting to book process so they can up your price 3 times what I was orginally quoted then when I called the out on it, they say they were suddenly booked solid in less than 1 working day and that is booked solid 5 to 6 months in advance. I think not. If that is how they run there buisness I think my money could better be spent elsewhere.

This place may have been good in the good old days but it is old and outdated now. Everything needs to be updated. And I mean everything from the sheets, drapes, furniture, kitchen, walls, flooring, everything. I put all the dishes in the dishwasher before we used them. Even the halls should be repainted and there are bars on the outside doors. We booked through RCI so are stuck for a week. Not going to spend much time in this "condo"! Ugh....

This was one of the greatest weekends we have ever had. The room was clean and the grounds were clean. Our room was spacious and an ocean front view. There were absolutely no problems at all. I can't wait to go back.
