Units really are nice. No elevators unless you get the "higher end" models. Believe me, you don't want to walk up and down to your unit several times from the car (an you will). Nice mini golf. Pool a bit dinky. Beach across hwy without facilities. Beware of the timeshare sale you'll be invited to. Be strong and patient.

My husband and I were called for a VIP weekend, we had no intention of buying or upgrading....but after our stay, we decided WHY NOT! We were there in Feb and it was still chilly, but the sun was out and we walked on the beach collecting shells and sanddollars. We loved the view and spend most every moment on the balcony or the beach..which is a short walk across and it was very clean. There is a play area for children and nice rec room. I am going back next week on bonus time..can't wait!!

Carpet old dirty walls need repainting it was embarrassing. I will say the staff was friendly and the views were nice. This place needs a complete overhaul.

We are Silverleaf owners and received a free VIP stay here. We truly enjoyed ourselves...we already know better than to purchase anything else so we felt okay staying for a few nights, taking a tour and receiving $50 for our time. We arrived late Friday night, and had no issues checking in. The hike to the room was too much for needed anyway. The room was nice, clean, everything in it's place. No bugs or other issues mentioned by others but one huge fly that kept to hisself. We brought our own food and also bought lunch Saturday at the rec. center and watched a movie. Food was good, not what I expected but overrpiced anyway. Lunch was on them on Sunday for a pre-Thanksgiving event. We enjoyed ourselves and would come back if asked.
