Booked two rooms pre-cruise. Hotel sits off the road several yards, but within sight of the beach. Front desk staff very friendly and really make you feel welcome. Explained all features of the hotel, breakfast times, etc. FREE WI-FI! Offer you the room code without asking! Room was clean and had a balcony with chairs. You get a side view of the ocean and can hear the surf. Plenty of parking and the lot is well lit. Elevators in the parking lot. Breakfast was included and was great. The make your own Texas shaped waffles were great. Pastry, fruit, oatmeal, etc. This is a great budget hotel and I would stay are again without question.

I was in a group of 26 staying at the Quality Inn and Suites pre-cruise. The hotel was clean and updated and I believe all the rooms have a small balcony with an ocean view. The staff were happy and helpful. Breakfast, which is included, is very good and plentiful well into the morning, and there is a large sitting area. Parking for a cruise is included and the Mexican restaurant next door is very good. Some of the best salsa I have eaten.

We have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions before heading out on our cruise. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and it is a great location on seawall blvd. I love to wake up and hear the ocean. All rooms have balconies.

We stayed here for one night....1/12/2012. We came in late in the evening with no reservation. The front desk staff were the best I've ever dealt with.....very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We were on the 4th floor and had a great view of the ocean. They were very knowledgeable about area restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was better than most...waffles, sausage, eggs, muffins, pastries, bagels, cereal. I've read the other comments regarding the elevators.....we had no problem with either elevator.
