I was in a group of 26 staying at the Quality Inn and Suites pre-cruise. The hotel was clean and updated and I believe all the rooms have a small balcony with an ocean view. The staff were happy and helpful. Breakfast, which is included, is very good and plentiful well into the morning, and there is a large sitting area. Parking for a cruise is included and the Mexican restaurant next door is very good. Some of the best salsa I have eaten.

We have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions before heading out on our cruise. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and it is a great location on seawall blvd. I love to wake up and hear the ocean. All rooms have balconies.

We stayed here for one night....1/12/2012. We came in late in the evening with no reservation. The front desk staff were the best I've ever dealt with.....very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We were on the 4th floor and had a great view of the ocean. They were very knowledgeable about area restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was better than most...waffles, sausage, eggs, muffins, pastries, bagels, cereal. I've read the other comments regarding the elevators.....we had no problem with either elevator.

We stayed here for a week...12/26-1/2 and for the most part it was great. We were on the 5th floor and had great views of the ocean. The comments about the elevators is true; there are actually 2 elevators one in front and one in back. The back one was quirky in wanting to work sometimes it did; sometimes it didn't....same with the wifi...worked but slow.

Housekeeping was fair. They had 1/2 the staff on vacation so those who were working had long hours...like still cleaning rooms past 8pm at night. Our room took forever to get done when we first got there it took 2 hrs to get a room to checkin it was after 6pm.

Overall it is a great hotel with great prices this time of year. We will stay again if we have the chance.
